For four generations, the Alfaro family nurtured this 65-hectare estate, a prime location for specialty coffee. Today, under the guidance of Terence Moore Alfaro, Finca Bella Vista continues to thrive.

Beyond its breathtaking location, Finca Bella Vista boasts a rich ecosystem. Coffee trees – Bourbon, Catuai, Pacas, and Pacamara varieties – share the land with Ingas, Paraiso, Balsamo, Cedar trees, and diverse fruit trees. This intercropping provides vital shade and climatic stability, fostering healthy soil that retains moisture. With mulching practices, the farm ensures optimal conditions for slow, even maturation of the coffee cherries, resulting in denser beans with richer flavour potential.
